MAP pricing for all cellhelmet products can be found www.cellhelmet.com/MAP. All advertised prices must be at, or above, MAP (MSRP) for all cellhelmet products. Resellers are not required to list prices in advertising. If a price is listed in an advertisement, it must be at, or above, MAP (MSRP). Other statements such as “call for price” or “call for quote” are acceptable and permitted.

Partners, resellers and distributors are permitted to sell cellhelmet products on their own websites sites. Partners, resellers and distributors are not authorized to sell cellhelmet product on 3rd party eCommerce or auction sites (Amazon, eBay, and like sites). cellhelmet’s MAP policy for all cellhelmet products applies to advertising placements, including but not limited to: print ads (inserts, magazines, newspapers, catalogs, mail order catalogs, etc.), broadcast (radio and TV), direct mail, faxes, internet placement (banner ads, broadcast emails, destination pages).

From time to time, with exclusive permission from cellhelmet, partners/resellers/distributors may advertise MAP products at prices lower than the MAP (MSRP) price. Advertising cellhelmet product below MSRP should be limited to temporary price reductions with a stated, short term expiration. cellhelmet products are required to return to MSRP upon the expiration of stated promotion. cellhelmet reserves the right to modify or suspend the MAP price at its discretion.
