Partners, resellers and distributors are not authorized to sell cellhelmet product on 3rd party eCommerce or auction sites (Amazon, eBay, and like sites). cellhelmet’s MAP policy for all cellhelmet products applies to advertising placements, including but not limited to: print ads (inserts, magazines, newspapers, catalogs, mail order catalogs, etc.), broadcast (radio and TV), direct mail, faxes, internet placement (banner ads, broadcast emails, destination pages).
From time to time, with exclusive permission from cellhelmet, partners/resellers/distributors may advertise MAP products at prices lower than the MAP (MSRP) price.
